Foodbank and Pantry still Open
Just to confirm that Middleton Central Foodbank and the Lighthouse Pantry are still running at their normal times. Whilst all of the other regular Lighthouse Project activities have been temporarily stopped due to the Coronavirus guidelines we are keeping these two essential services running to support our community.
We have had to change the way that the services operate to ensure the safety of our volunteers and visitors but we are still doing what we can to keep supporting people in crisis.
For the foodbank you need to obtain a voucher first from one of our referral agencies, see this link for details, you can not get a voucher at the foodbank.
The Pantry is for members only, so if you are one of our members then you can call in as usual. We can allow someone to collect on your behalf if this is pre-arranged with us and payment is received.
If you are able to donate food to us at this time this would be gratefully received.
